Watching the news unfold and hearing counts of people who have died. Seeing protestors in Russia who are against this war and have friends in Ukraine. Unable to do anything to help except wait for the news to share the latest sanctions the West is imposing on Russia and hoping it ends soon. So Ukraine can recover, build back, keep their country and the spirit that has shone throughout the last few days.

If you are able to, joining a protest is one of the biggest ways to get voices heard. We have to rise up against tyranny and greed and stand for what is right. Check your local reliable sources to see if there are any near where you are.
